LOCAL’s no-oil Lemon Miso dressing

1 cup organic lemon juice

1 cup sweet white miso

1 cup water

1/2 cup agave nectar

 

Whisk the ingredients together and then enjoy over greens, noodles, or roasted vegetables! Covered and chilled, the dressing can keep for up to 2 weeks.
